Sveiki. Vėl susitinkam prie naujienų stalo. Šiandien jums turiu paruošęs išties daug naujienų. Tad, nieko nelaukiam, pradedam.

Turbūt ne vienam iš mūsų yra žinoma Ardnamurchan distilerija. Taip, distilerija dar labai jauna, bet jau turi paruošusi pirmąjį salyklinį viskį mūsų teismui. Įdomiausia, kad šis viskis nėra trijų metų, kaip, kad daro kitos jaunos distilerijos. Šis jaunuolis yra 5 metų brandinimo. Kompozicija taip pat nėra labai įprasta. Naudoti 50% „pytinto” ir 50% „nepytinto” salyklo viskiai. O šie salykliniai viskiai brandinti ex-burbono ir ex-chereso statinėse (65%/35%). Išpilstytas 46.8% stiprumu. Tiražas 15950 butelių. Nefiltruotas ir nedažytas. Kaina apie 45 eurus. Prekyboje nuo šių metų spalio pradžios.
Pridėčiau nuo savęs, kad kaina mano supratimu labai teisinga, kaip tokio tipo salykliniam viskiui.

Nesenai rašiau apie šį viskį, kaip nepatvirtintą gandą. O dabar viskas oficialu. Panašu, kad tai bus plataus mąsto leidimas, kuris pirmiausia pasieks Europą, tada Aziją ir galiausiai JAV. Kompozicija tokia: brandintas apie 9 – 10 metų ex-burbono statinėse, o paskutinius 2 – 3 metus praleido ex-oloroso ir ex-Pedro Ximenez bačkose. Išpilstytas 43% stiprumu. Kaina apie 70 eurų.
Gerai, kad bent 43% stiprumas. Taigi, judam į priekį. Dar koks dešimtmetis ir gal turėsim 46% versiją.

Žemumų distilerija Bladnoch taip pat nesnaudžia ir rodo mums naują salyklinį viskį, Bladnoch 14yo Oloroso Sherry Cask. Brandintas 14 metų Oloroso chereso statinėse. Nefiltruotas ir nedažytas. Išpilstytas 46.7% stiprumu. Kaina apie 100 eurų.
Panašu, kad tai bus šerio bomba.

Warenghem Distilerija, kitaip dar žinoma Armorik vardu, mums pristato stipriai durpintą (50ppm) savo viskio versiją Yeun Elez. Šis Bretanės viskis be amžiaus nuorodos. Išpilstytas 46% stiprumu. Brandintas burbono ir chereso statinėse. Kaina apie 50 – 60 eurų.
Gal pakuotės dizainas kiek perkrautas, bet man išties patinka. Įdomu, koks sulčių skonis ir kvapas?

Kompanija Douglas Laing mums pristato antrąjį Spiritualist Single Cask serijos viskį Cameronbridge 28YO Single Grain. Brandintas 28 metus chereso statinėje (butt). Išpilstytas 52.6% stiprumu. Nefiltruotas ir nedažytas. Kaina apie 100 eurų.
Beje, pirmasis šios serijos viskis buvo iš Ailos salos.

Prieš keletą mėnesių rašiau apie šį viskį, kaip apie nepatvirtintą distilerijos leidimą. Ir žodis tapo kūnu. Highland Park Cask Strength Release 1 viskis yra visiškai neskiestas, nedažytas ir nefiltruotas. Išpilstytas 63.3% stiprumu. Brandintas pagrinde chereso statinėse. Kaina apie 60 eurų.
Gaila, bet amžiaus nuorodos čia nerasime. Kita vertus, tai bus tikrai jaunas ir smagiai pytintas salyklinis viskis iš Highland Park distilerijos.

Ancnoc vardas iš Knocdhu distilerijos rodo stipriai durpinąa viskio leidimą anCnoc Peatheart. Tai jau bus antras „bečas” su Peatheart vardu. Salyklinių miežių įdurpinimo lygis siekia 40ppm. Išpilstytas 46% stiprumu, nedažytas ir nefiltruotas. Brandintas tik ex-burbono statinėse. Kaina apie 50 eurų.
Nespėjau paragauti pirmojo leidimo, o čia jau turime antrąjį.

Arran distilerija išleidžia seniausią savo salyklinį viskį Arran 25YO. Išpilstytas 46% stiprumu. Tiražas 3000 butelių. Beabejo, nefiltruotas ir nedažytas. Kaina apie 300 eurų. Prekyboje nuo šių metų lapkričio.
Kompozicija nenurodoma, bet turbūt tai bus klasikinė, tai yra burbono ir chereso statinės. Kas apie kainą, tai mano supratimu jinai yra stipriai sukelta. Bet viskio industrijoje tikrai yra blogesnių pavyzdžių.

Keliamės į Airiją. Bushmills distilerija mums rodo savo 28 metų salyklinio viskio interpretaciją. Taigi, ką mes žinome? Išdistiliuotas 1992 metais. 11 metų brandintas ex-burbono ir ex-chereso statinėse, o likusius 17 metų praleido itin retose (čia ne mano žodžiai) konjako bačkose. Išpilstytas 46.7% stiprumu. Tiražas apie 500 butelių. Kaina apie 420 eurų. Prekyboje nuo šių metų spalio pradžios.
Gal kas pasidalins pavyzduku?
Yra ir kitas leidimas. Bushmills 28 Years 1992 French Connections yra skirtas tik LMDW kompanijai. Šis viskis taip pat yra brandintas konjako statinėse. Kaina 400 eurų. Rinktis jums.

The Last Drop kompanija pristato itin retą ir ilgai brandintą Buffalo Trace burboną. Išdistiliuotas 1980, o į butelius šios sultys pateko 2020 metais. Brandintas 20 metų amerikiniame ąžuole. Likusius 20 metų šis viskis praleido tam tikrame inde, norint sustabdyti tolimesnį šio burbono brendimą. Tiražas 240 butelių. Išpilstytas 45% stiprumu. Kaina 3500 svarų.
Štai jums būdas išleisti atliekamus 3500 pinigų. Nedėkokit.

Tomatin distilerija taip pat nesnaudžia ir rodo kažką išties įdomaus, Tomatin 2006 Fino Sherry Casks. Kaip jau supratote, išdistiliuotas 2006 metais. Pirmiausia brandintas pirmo pildymo dvejose burbono statinėse, o likusius beveik 5 metus vilgė fino chereso statines. Nefiltruotas ir nedažytas. Išpilstytas 46% stiprumu. Tiražas 1691 butelis. Kaina apie 85 svarus.
Beje, skirtas UK rinkai, bet fanai manau ras būdą, kaip įsigyti šį Tomatin salyklinį viskį. Sėkmingos medžioklės.

Po Peat’s Beast vardu mums rodomas 27 metų Ailos viskis. Sakoma, kad šis viskis ilgą savo gyvenimo tarpą praleido šviežiose ąžuolo statinėse. Išpilstytas 50.1% stiprumu, yra nefiltruotas ir nedažytas. Kaina apie 200 eurų.
Belieka tik spėlioti, kurios distilerijos sultys yra panaudotos šioje kompozicijoje.
