Baltas pipiras, bazilikas, truputis kepintų riešutų, šviežias popierius, riešutų aliejus, salyklas, kažkokios užuomenos į keptą žuvį. Netikėtai ramus, paprastas, jokio jauno viskio aršumo. Skonis. Nors viskis 48% stiprumo, vėlgi gana ramus, lėtas, jokio aršumo, charakterio yra daugiau kvape. Saldokas, prieskoningas, žoliškas. Kas dar… Salyklas, bazilikas, citrusų žievelių kartumas, pipiras, ąžuolas. Blankokas, kvapas daugiau žadėjo. Poskonis. Ilgas ir tiesiog vienodas, kažkur išlenda „bonbonkių” saldumas. Mano trys centai. Iš vienos pusės viskis neturi kažkokių atbaidančių kvapų ar skonių. Tiesiog manau, vienintelė problema ta, kad verkiant reikia daugiau laiko, kuris būtų praleistas statinėje. 75 taškai.

Tęsiam, Sakura leidimas. Nosis. Truputi kitoks. Gėliškumas, salyklas, džiovinti vaisiai, vaisiškumas. Dar pridėčiau: juodas pipiras, ramunėlės, lapai, obuolys, kriaušė, čiobrelis, melionas, alijošius, degintas medis, galbūt zefyrai. Pakankamai įdomi nosis, nors vėlgi ramus, tylus, jokio jauno viskio aršumo, švarus. Skonis. Ta pati situacija, kaip prieš tai. Nosis smagesnė, nei skonis. Šviežias grūdas, juodoji arbata, medžio kartumas, bazilikas, sezamų aliejus, čili pipirai, mielės, salyklo saldumas. Yra kaip yra, ką jau čia. Poskonis. Šiltas, ramus, vienodas, gana ilgas, švarus. Mano trys centai. Visgi šitas lipo labiau, nei mizunara reikalas. Bet grįžtam prie to pačio, reikia daugiau laiko. 78 taškai.

Ir paskutinis keleivis šį vakarą vardu Peated. Nosis. Deginamas medis, laužas, durpė, salyklas, gėliškumas, momentais pasirodantis vaisiškumas. Labai įdomi sintezė čia gaunasi. Durpiškumas, gėliškumas ir distiliatas. Dar randu natas, kaip vaistai, citrusai, jodas, druska, smala, plastilinas, sena oda, pušų sakai, guma. Žodžiu keistas, nenuobodus ir vertas trupučio savo laiko. Skonis. Saldi durpė, vaistai, citrusai, druska, deginto medžio kartumas, žoliškumas, chipotle druska, seni prieskoniai, kažkoks metališkumas. Nesinori tęsti. Kiek kvapas sudomino, tiek skonis atstūmė, o gal net ir daugiau. Poskonis. Durpės, jodas, čili pipirai, ir kažkokie degėsiai. Mano trys centai. Nosis buvo įdomi, skonis labai švelniai tariant keistas, o poskonis toks su durpėmis ir kažkuom. 71 taškas. Sunkiai vertinamas.

Beje, vis tik, pagirčiau The Matsui serijos viskius, kad buvo pasirinktas ne klasikinis 40% stiprumas, o visi 48%.
