Sveiki. Pirmoje dalyje dar tikrai neišsiaiškinome su Airija. Tad toliau gvildenam temą apie šios salos viskius. Turėsim Bushmills, Jameson, Teeling ir dar šiek tiek.

Bushmills 10YO, 2010/2020, 46%, The Causeway Collection, Oloroso (butts), Burbono (barrels) ir Konjako statinės, 5280 butelių, NCF/NCA
Jeigu būnant tiksliu, tai brandintas apie 8 metus oloroso, burbono ir finišuotas apie 2.5 metų konjako statinėse. Ir kas įdomiausia, kad išpilstytas 46% stiprumu. Ir tai daugiau viskio mums. Nosis. Švelnus, kvapnus, saldus, gana pilnas ir labai vasariškas. Labai įtraukiantis. Vaisių kompotas, medus, vaniliniai sausainiai, vaškas, žydinčių vaismedžių sodas, klevų sirupas, cinamonas. Kažkur antram plane konjako statinės su lengvai aitriu prieskoningumu sužaidžia. Baltas pipiras ir bazilikas. H2O. Sužadina citrisų natas. Švelnesnis, vaisiškesnis ir saldesnis. Skonis. Minkštas, saldus ir prieskoningas. Ąžuolas čia gerokai stipriau groja nei kvape. Tad turime daugiau prieskonių kaip cinamoną, baziliką, mairūną ir čiobrelius. Po to skleidžiasi: įvairūs tropiniai vaisiai, medus, meduoliai, vanilė, karamelė, Bounty. Pasigedau geresnio balanso tarp ąžuolo ir kitų skonių. H2O. Ąžuolo intensyvumas krenta, kaip ir skoniai. Poskonis. Vidutinio ilgumo. Ąžuolas, vanilė, šviesus medus. Šiek tiek kartokas ir aitrokas. Mano trys centai. Nemanau, kad čia labai jau reikalingas vanduo, galbūt keli lašai, nedaugiau. Kokybiškas ir smagus airis. Net nėra ką lyginti su reguliariais dešimtukais. Konjako statinės turbūt buvo antro pildymo, galbūt kai kurios pirmo. 84 taškai

Brandintas vėlgi 8 metus oloroso ir burbono statinėse ir pabaigtas brandintis muscatel bačkose. Taigi antroji branda truko apie 4 metus. Tikėčiausi visiškai desertinio viskio. Nosis. Nevisai desertinis. Labiau ąžuolo, prieskonių ir desertinio vyno bomba. Stipriai užsmaugtas statinių reikalas. Sąsajų su pirmuoju mažai, labai mažai. Figos, datulės, džiovinti bananai, razinos, daugybė riešutų, meduoliai, cinamonas, karamelė, džiovinti kaulavaisiai, bazilikas, muskato riešutas, galbūt kažkas iš indiškos virtuvės. H2O. Kažkiek sėda vyniškumas. Labiau atsiskleidžia švelnioji šio viskio pusė. Pievos gėlės, prinokę vaisiai, raudonos uogos ir citrusai. Skonis. Labai vyniškas, saldokas, galingas, prieskoningas ir ąžuoliškas. Smagiai sausinantis burną. Lengvai kartokas. Saldumo tikėjausi daugiau, čia ąžuolas ir prieskoniai gana lengvai jį užmuša. Bazilikas, čiobreliai, baltas pipiras, cinamonas ir apelsinų žievelės. Kas dar? Apelsinų likeris, džiovinti vaisiai, tamsus medus, kepinti lazdyno riešutai, kakava ir razinos. H2O. Yes, please. Kaip vanduo gerai veikia skonyje, stebėtina. Prieskoniai, ažuolas, vyno bačkos sėda ir nėra to jausmo kai skoniai rėkia kas sau. Poskonis. Ilgas, pilnas ir arbatiškas. Džiovinti citrusai, šiek tiek prieskonių aitrumo ir taninai. Mano trys centai. Iš tiesų geras plaukikas. Kvape gal nenuvertė kalnų, bet skoniui iš tiesų suteikė daug balanso. Ėjau link 86 – 87, bet po H2O įsikišimo…88 taškai.

Visiškas inkognito iš kažkurios Airijos distilerijos. Gal po visko išeis identifikuoti distileriją? Nosis. Šviežia, gaivi, labai salykliška ir saldi. Negaliu nepaminėti, kad tropiškas. Ananasai, bananai, kiviai, melionai ir sodo vaisiai. Laikui bėgant taurėje keičiasi į daržoviškumo pusę. Beabejo daug citrusų, kurie taip puikiai veikia su salyklo kvapais. Momentais atrodo, kad netgi truputį dirbtinai kvepintas. Truputis vanilės, sviesto, balto šokolado ir mėsos prieskonių. H2O. Nemanau, kad čia vanduo labai reikalingas, galbūt keli lašai, kitu atveju prarandamas intensyvumas. Skonis. Mažiau tropinių vaisių…et. Bet daug daugiau salyklo, grūdų ir panašių skonių. Charakterio daugiau skonyje nei kvape, bet tai vis tiek pakankamai švelnus, kremiškas, labai malonus, velvetiškas ir apvalus skonis. Pavojingai geriamas su mažomis mintimis apie lengvą kartumą. Vėlgi daržoviškas ir citrusiškai aitrus. Kramtoma guma. H2O. Švelnesnis, saldesnis, vaisiškesnis ir beveik be charakterio. Poskonis. Trumpokas.
