6 citrinos (organic)
500 ml neutralaus grūdinio spirito (95%)
300 gr. cukraus
1 litras Vandens

1. Nuplauti ir nudžiovinti citrinas.

2. Nuskusti geltoną citrinos žievelės
dalį. Stengtis neskusti baltos žievelės
dalies, kadangi Limoncello gausis
kartesnis.

3. Geltoną žievelės dalį įdėti į stiklinį indą,
užpilti spiritu ir sandariai uždaryti.

4. Šį stiklainį padėti į vėsią ir tamsią vietą
mėnesiui, kai kurie laiko net 40 dienų. Asmeniškai laikiau ilgiau nei mėnesį.

5. Karts nuo karto lengvai suplakti šį stiklainį.
Jau po kelių dienų skystis įgis gražią gelsvą spalvą.

6. Vieną litrą vandens supilti į puodą ir
supilti 300 gr. cukraus.

7. Visiškai ištirpinti cukrų verdančiame vandenyje.

8. Leisti visiškai atvėsti.

9. Spirito ir žievelių turinį perkošti iki norimo
skaidrumo. Galima naudoti sietelį, kavos
filtrą, marlę, popierių.

10. Į didelį stiklinį indą supilti cukraus
sirupą ir alkoholį.

11. Šį stiklainį padėti į tamsią ir vėsią vietą
ir laikyti nuo savaitės iki mėnesio.

12. Jei Limoncello vis dar yra labai drumstas
galite dar kartą perkošti.

13. Paragaukite Limoncello, jei skonis netenkina
galite dar pridėti sirupo.

14. Supilstyti į mažus buteliukus ir laikyti
šaldytuve. Sugalvokit gražią etiketę ir padarykit
kažkam gražią dovaną.

15. Limoncello per laiką tik gerėja. Kuo
ilgiau laikysit tuo taps geresniu. Galima
laikyti iki metų, šaldytuve.

Planuose išbandyti sumaišytas citrinų ir apelsinų žieveles. Taip pat išbandyti kitų citrusinių vaisių žieveles. Dar yra minčių apie rudąjį cukrų vietoje baltojo.
