1/4 stiklinės tarkuotos šviežios apelsinų žievelės
1 arbatinis šaukštelis džiovintos tarkuotos apelsinų žievelės
250 ml brendžio arba konjako
250 ml degtinės arba neutralaus grūdinio spirito
4 gvazdikėliai
Apie 300 ml cukraus sirupo, priklausomai kokį norite išgauti stiprumą ir saldumą

1. Nutarkuokite apelsinų žievę, stengdamiesi kuo mažiau kliudyti baltą sluoksnį. Tarkuokite per smulkią tarką.

2. Žievę, tiek džiovintą, tiek ne, kartu su degtine ir brendžiu supilkite į gerai uždaromą talpą, gerai suplakite ir uždarykite.

3. Laikykite kambario temperatūroje apie 20 dienų.

4. 21-ą dieną įdėkite gvazdikėlius, uždarykite ir dar palaikykite bent parą.

5. Po paros, turinį perkoškite per sietelį ir dar kartą nukoškite per kavos filtrą, kad neliktų didelių priemaišų.

6. Supilkite į indą kartu su cukraus sirupu, uždarykite, suplakite ir bent parą palaikykite prieš ragaujant.

7. Likeris skaniausias išlieka pusmetį.

Ateityje planuoju išbandyti šį likerį nenaudojant degtinės ar sprito, tik brendį arba konjaką. Taip pat įdomu būtų išbandyti rudąjį cukrų vietoje baltojo.
