Sveiki, susitinkame prie naujienų stalo. Metai po truputį eina į pabaigą, o naujienų skaičius tikrai nemažėja. Tad aš informuoju, o jūs renkatės. Geros kelionės, keliaujam.

Naujienas pradedam nuo Airijos. Šių metų pavasarį paskalose rašiau apie šį „Spot” serijos papildymą Blue Spot 7YO. O dabar viskas oficialu ir jau galima įsigyti.
Kompoziciją sudaro viskiai, kurių amžius svyruoja nuo 7 iki 20 metų. Brandintas ex-burbono, ex-chereso ir madeira vyno statinėse. Madeira salose esanti Henriques & Henriques vyninė padėjo paruošti Madeira bačkas. Šiose naujose statinėse madeira mirko apie 3 metus, o bačkos buvo gražintos į Airiją. Išpilstytas 58.7% stiprumu. Kaina apie 80 eurų.
Iš arčiau ir detaliau yra tekę susidurti su Green Spot Leoville Barton versija, kuri išties buvo smagi ir šilkinė.

Fercullen 18YO Five Elements – tai airiškas viskis iš The Powerscourt distilerijos. Išpilstytas 46% stiprumu. Tiražas 1500 butelių, o kaina siekia 180 eurų žymą. Kompoziciją sudaro 5 elementai:
1. Vieno salyklo viskis
2. Dviejų tipų ąžuolas: amerikinis ir europinis
3. Trys skirtingi brandos užbaigimai: raudono vyno, ruby port ir romo
4. Keturi stiliai: burbonas, raudonas vynas, ruby port ir romas
5. Ir paskutinis. Noel Sweeney 30 metų patirtis airiško viskio industrijoje.
18 metų ir 180 eurų kaina labai puikiai dera, tik nulį prikabini ir turi savo viskio kainą. Panašu, kad airiai labai puikiai varžosi su škotais kainų fronte.

Turime svečiuose ir labai naują Teeling leidimą Teeling Wonders of Wood Amburana Cask. Kaip žinia, Airijos viskio įstatymai yra žymiai lankstesni nei škotiško, tad airiai gali naudoti įvairų medį ir jis nebūtinai turi būti ąžuolas. Tad čia ir turime Amburana kietmedį iš Brazilijos. Pagrindinį savo brandos etapą praleido ex-burbono statinėse, o likusį laiką brandinosi naujoje Amburana’os kietmedžio statinėje. Išpilstytas 59.6% stiprumu. Kaina 125 eurai.
Vien tik sportinio intereso vedamas labai norėčiau paragauti. Sako, kad tarsi Kalėdos taurėje?

Keliamės į Škotiją. Kompanija Compass Box mums rodo savo naują kūrinį Compass Box Magic Cask. Tai yra maišytų viskių kompozicija: 92% Imperial (ex-burbono) ir 8% Aberlour (ex-oloroso). Panašu, kad Aberlour viskis buvo 3 – 4 metų brandos. Pirmus metus praleidęs ex-burbono, o likusį laiką pirmo pildymo ex-oloroso statinėse. Išpilstytas 46% stiprumu. Tiražas 5400 butelių. Kaina apie 150 eurų. Beabejo, nedažytas ir nefiltruotas.
Palyginti paprasta kompozicija, kai kalbame apie Compass Box. Šiuo atveju, labai jaunas šerinis Aberlour viskis, manau iš tiesų įterpė savo šarmo visai kompozicijai, nors jo tik 8% visame kiekyje.

Jeigu jau prakalbome apie Aberlour salyklinius viskius, štai jums Aberlour 14YO. Kompozicija tradicinė, kurią sudaro ex-burbono ir oloroso chereso statinės. Išpilstytas 40% stiprumu. Kaina apie 50 eurų.
Beje, butelio talpa 70cl su kuo ir sveikinu.

Gerai žinoma Glen Moray distilerija turi mums kažką skanaus ir saldaus: Glen Moray Sauternes Cask Matured. Salyklinis viskis brandinosi 5-iose Sauternes vyno statinėse 14 metų. Taigi pilnai brandintas saldaus vyno statinėse, išpilstytas 59.6% stiprumu. Kaina apie 80 svarų. Tiražas 1248 buteliai.
Manau saldumynų mėgėjai turėtų įvertinti.

Chereso megėjai turėtų suklusti. Tamdhu ir viskio parduotuvės Deinwhisky koloboracija (jie pardavė, o jie nupirko). Išdistiliuotas 2006 metais, o išpilstytas 2020. Pilnai brandintas pirmo pildymo europinio ąžuolo oloroso chereso statinėje. Išpilstytas 59.7% stiprumu. Tiražas 364 buteliai. Kaina 190 eurų.
Beje, statinės numeris 1913, čia kad nesusimaišytumėte.

Iš tų naujienų „kam man tie 25000 svarų”. Glengoyne mums rodo seniausią savo salyklinio viskio versiją. 50 metų brandos viskis, kuris buvo išpilstytas 46.8% stiprumu. Tiražas 150 butelių.
Beje, galite laimėti tokį vieną butelį, jei suskubsite tai padaryti iki gruodžio 14 dienos.

Dar viena pakankamai sena ir nepigi naujiena Glen Scotia 30YO. Išdistiliuotas 1989 metais. Brandintas europinio ąžuolo chereso statinėse. Išpilstytas 50.8% stiprumu. Tiražas 500 butelių. Kaina apie 950 eurų.

Kažkada aprašinėtas nepatvirtintose naujienose Ardbeg 25YO. Iš tų laikų, kai distilerija gamino ypač mažai salyklinio viskio. Šią naujieną paskelbė Ardbeg Comittee nariai. Informacijos nėra daug, bet numanoma, kad bus parduodamas nuo 2021 metų. Išpilstytas 46% stiprumu ir yra nefiltruotas.

Pora labai šviežių naujienų iš Bimber distilerijos.
Pirmoji naujiena brandinta ex-burbono statinėse. Išpilstytas 52.2% stiprumu. Tiražas 2950 butelių. Kaina apie 65 svarus.
Ir antroji naujiena brandinta ex-burbono ir finišuota ex-oloroso chereso statinėse. Išpilstytas 51.4% stiprumu. Tiražas 980 butelių. Kaina apie 75 svarus.

Trumpam keliamės į Japoniją. Mars Shinshu distilerija turi mums kažką skysto. Distilerija įsikūrusi Japonijos alpėse. Šios distilerijos viskiai bręsta itin lėtai, kadangi žiemos temperatūra dažnai nukrenta žemiau -15 laipsnių. Tsunukyje salyklinis viskis bręsta skirtingose sąlygose. Žiemą temperatūra nukrenta iki -2, o vasara pakyla iki 36 laipsnių. Mars brandinimo sandėliai susiduria su dar skirtingesnėmis sąlygomis: 80% drėgmė ir 10% angelų dalis per metus. Tad šis Komagatake salyklinis viskis yra kurtas pasitelkiant tris skirtingas brandinimo vietas, sukuriant išties kompleksišką viskį (bent taip sako). Brandinimas vyksta burbono ir chereso statinėse. Išpilstytas 50% stiprumu. Nefiltruotas ir nedažytas. Kaina apie 130 eurų.

Dar viena naujiena iš paskalų skilties Longrow 10YO Refill Malbec Matured. Ką mes žinome? Brandintas 7 metus ex-burbono bačkose ir 3 metus pakartotinio pildymo Malbec statinėse. Šios statinės atkeliavo iš Stellenbosch regiono, Pietų Afrika. Išpilstytas 52.5% stiprumu. Tiražas 10000 butelių.
Čia turbūt tos pačios statinės, kurios buvo naudotos kitam RED leidimui, tik jos tada buvo pirmo pildymo?

Kiek pamenu Local Barley serija turėjo susidėti iš penkių skirtingų viskių, šis pagal mane jau šeštas. Taigi, ką mes žinome? Išdistiliuotas 2010 metais, išpilstytas turėtų būti šių metų gruodį. Tiražas 8500 butelių. Salyklinių miežių tipas – Belgravia. Užauginta Glencraigs fermoje, jei tai sako ką nors.

Port Charlotte PAC: 01 2011 – tai naujas salyklinis viskis iš Bruichladdich. Informacijos išties mažai. Distiliuotas 2011 metais, brandintas 8 metus. Išpilstytas 56.1% stiprumu. Tik tiek. Įtarčiau, kad tai Pauillac vyno statinės?

Kaip jums tai? 43 metų viskis iš Skye salos Talisker 43yo Xpedition Oak? 1870 butelių tiražas ir 49.7% stiprumas. Laukiam daugiau informacijos.

Ir paskutinis šiose naujienose, tai Bowmore 40YO. Išpilstytas 48.7% stiprumu, o tiražas siekia net 161 butelį. Įtariu, kad visos šios nepatvirtintos naujienos bus išleistos jau tik kitais metais.

Taigi, baigiu šios dienos beprotybę, šitiek viskių… Matosi distilerijos ir nepriklausomi pilstytojai labai stipriai ruošėsi šiam šventiniui laikotarpiui.
